Our service encompasses the re modelling of an existing office accommodation due to expansion or change. Refurbishing and refreshing the interior after a lease renewal. The fit out of a new office space as part of a relocation programme, where we work closely with our clients to design and build a unique new working environment for their business to thrive in.
Along with the construction and design we will manage all aspects of a project from applying for Building Regulation approvals, to providing drawings and work schedule for Landlords in preparation of a ‘Licence to Alter.’
Over sixty percent of our work is from repeat instructions from existing clients with whom we have built an understanding that has developed into a trusted partnership.
Managing our site work for us includes close coordination with the Buildings management, implementation of Health & Safety procedures and insuring on a daily basis that the work is progressing in line with our pre-determined programme and to the highest standards of quality of construction finish.
